A short summary about our Equipment branch:

Product Lifecycle Management

PLM covers all of the support services necessary to ensure the smooth operation of a system or equipment in operation and over its useful life (from conception to its scrapping)


PLM driven ‘Product support’

Professional and military high-tech Facilities (usually small production runs).

Main requirements: Availability, responsiveness, high-tech, tight lead-times, frequent complex preventive maintenance.

PLM driven ‘Long life cycle’

Primary requirement: Guarantee industrial feasibility, reparability and the evolution over the long term (between 15 and 30 years).

PLM driven 'Competitiveness'

High volume products and average product life cycle (< 10 years)

Given this extended scope, this branch reports to the industrial director. It is responsible for the setting up, the management of information systems (ERP X3) to turn information into action.

We are active in the TICIO programme with the FIEN (digital integration of electronic subsidiaries)

Each distribution channel is unique, we analyse your needs and incorporate them into our planning, with the objective of harmonising wherever possible.

Intervention in the value chain:

Design / industrialization

Participates in the design cost objective

Ensures consistency of the data sheets (standardization)

Resource Material

Purchasing (19M€ - 6 people)

Segmentation, sourcing strategy (with office presence in China)

Organisation matrix (portfolio / project)

Tenders, negotiation, contract management

Supply Management (5 people)

Inventory turn

Acknowledgment of receipt management & follow-up

Management of supplier performance (quality and lead-times)

Storage Management (>8500 product lines, 7 people)

Management of resources: storage management
